I’ve had this pain/ache in my left side since I was 15(now 19) It comes and goes but it mainly occurs when I lie on my left side. I’ve been to the doctors and had chest and back x-rays done. Nothing! I’ve also had blood tests done that have shown nothing. Anyway, a few months ago I discovered a lump in my left breast. It is hard, painless and moves around. I can get it between my two fingers and squeeze it but it is hard. I went to the doctors and they told me it was a fat lump.
He gave me a very quick check over and that was it. I still have this pain and I still have this lump. I’m really worried it’s male breast cancer.

I had a live condition as a child and this can cause breast cancer in males.

I am concerned. I have all the symptoms of gynecomastia, and don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to deal with it, or even tell my parents. Life as I know it sucks right now. Can I do exercises to burn the fat away? Where can I learn these? Do they always go away? I am 14 years old, skinny as hell, I eat healthy, but don’t know what to do because I cannot dress out in P.E. , swim, or do anything without a shirt on and I feel awkward when I hug someone. I am not looking for sarcastic answers, or people telling me to get over it, plenty if people have it, etc. Is there any way I can solve this problem without surgery or ridiculous pills? Thanks.
